attraversa il chiostro dei Cipressi di Fondazione Giorgio Cini, un&#8217;installazione che partendo dal concept di progetto ha sviluppato il <b>design esecutivo<\/b> , la <b>realizzazione<\/b>, <b>la finitura ed il montaggio<\/b>.<\/p><p>L&#8217;opera sfrutta a pieno le potenzialit\u00e0 delle tecnologie digitali di rappresentazione, progettazione e manifattura.<\/p><p>Per poter sviluppare accuratamente una forma che potesse snodarsi correttamente lungo il colonnato \u00e8 stato necessario eseguire una <b>scansione 3d<\/b> accurata al mm di tutta l&#8217;area.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c39a1e2 elementor-hidden-desktop Inoltre, ogni due moduli sono stati progettati moduli pi\u00f9 corti da 40 cm con sezione ridotta, che fungono da guida e giunto tra i moduli principali.<\/span><\/p><p>Ogni modulo \u00e8 <b>stampato in 3D<\/b> con macchinari di grande formato <b>WASP 3MT HDP<\/b>, utilizzando una <b>bioplastica<\/b> derivata da amidi naturali (INGEO PLA)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e777449 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" rinforzo e di connessione ancorata con 16 viti sui due moduli.\u00a0<\/p><p>Una volta pre-assemblati i macro blocchi questi sono stati saldati e rinforzati con graffe metalliche a caldo sulle giunture, schiumati con schiuma poliuretanica all&#8217;interno, resinati con resina epossidica, levigati e verniciati in 4 mani con vernice nanotecnologica
